JanCom Technologies Inc.’s work abroad is spurring growth at home.
The 12-year-old company has designed the technology infrastructure for a string of U.S.
embassies and nearly doubled its office space in Austin. During past year, the firm has
added three employees and is expected to hire several more this year to accommodate its
growth spurt.
JanCom has designed systems for U.S. embassies in 14 foreign countries, including recent
projects in Cambodia, Nicaragua, Fiji and Belize. This year, it’s scheduled to complete the
7.5 million-square-foot King Abdullah University of Science and Technology campus in
Saudi Arabia.
